Shipping & Returns

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. However, please note that international shipping times and costs may differ from domestic shipping. Make sure to review the shipping options available for your country during the checkout process.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, domestic orders within the continental USA are delivered within 3-5 business days. International shipping times may range from 7-30 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or customs procedures.

What is your return policy?

DOMESTIC RETURNS WITHIN THE USA

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Please submit a return request via your account within this time frame. A return postage fee of $7.50 per package will be applied to and deducted from all returns & exchanges. 

For returns, please visit your order details page to submit your request and get a return label along with return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit depending on the situation or your selection. Refunds are issued less the original shipping & return postage fee. Returns are usually processed within 3 business days once they are received back at our facility. All returned items must be received back within 30 days of order for return to be accepted an processed. All returned items must be received back in their original and unaltered condition. All returned items must include all original packaging. Any returns received outside of this window or that do not meet these standards (as well as listed below) will be refused or destroyed without refund. Refunds typically take 10 business days to post on the original form of payment once they are processed by us (depending on the customer's bank).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE USA)

Currently, we only accept returns for store credit on international orders (outside USA). We do not currently offer returns for refunds on any international orders. All return shipping fees are buyer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a fully trackable and insured method when returning any goods to us. Any customs or duties are also buyer's responsibility and any postage due or fees we are charged upon receipt will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Store credit is usually processed within 3 business days after package is delivered back to us. You will be provided a digital gift card number to use on a future purchase.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following criteria must apply for the items to be accepted for return:

Item(s) must be sealed/unopened and in original pristine condition.

Item(s) cannot be used, tested, or altered in any way.

Item(s) that have hygiene seal/shrink-wrap must be unopened and seal cannot be broken, tampered, or removed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. We reserve the right to choose to issue a partial refund, store credit, or no refund at our discretion regarding the condition of an item after it is inspected.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges are handled as returns. Please return the item(s) to us per our return policy and submit a new order for the items you wish to purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

Our system will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions on returning the product. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product?

Are your products safe to use for those with nail product allergies?

Absolutely! At ATTAIN, product safety and ingredient transparency are at the heart of everything we do. Our formulas are carefully crafted to be beyond HEMA-free and use oligomer-based chemistry designed to minimize skin absorption and reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Unlike many cheap or low-quality products that rely on sensitizing monomers, our gels are allergy-conscious and made for those who prioritize healthy nails.

That said, if you have a history of nail product allergies, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application and following our detailed educational resources to ensure proper use. Our goal is to empower you with safer, professional-grade products paired with the knowledge to protect your nail health.

Do your products require a specific type of nail lamp?

Our ATTAIN gel products cure optimally under nail lamps emitting wavelengths between 385nm and 405nm. This range activates our allergy-conscious, oligomer-based formulas to deliver a strong, durable finish. While many modern nail lamps fall within this spectrum, we recommend using a quality nail lamp to ensure proper curing and the best results.

If you’re unsure about your lamp, check that it supports curing within this wavelength range, is made in Taiwan, has a full metal interior (not reflective plastic), and has been tested for proper luminous emittance. Proper curing not only enhances longevity but also helps prevent issues like lifting or sensitivity.

How do I store ATTAIN products properly?

To keep your ATTAIN products performing at their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and bright light. Exposure to sunlight, heat, or UV rays—including those emitted by nail lamps, halogen bulbs, and even sunlight through windows—can prematurely cure or degrade the gel formulas, affecting their consistency and effectiveness.

Make sure the lids are tightly closed after each use. Be especially mindful to avoid storing your products near active UV light sources to prevent accidental curing.

Following these simple storage tips will help maintain product quality and extend the shelf life of your gels.

Can I mix ATTAIN gel colors or customize my shades?

For best results, start with small amounts and blend thoroughly to achieve your desired hue. We recommend curing your custom mixes in thin layers to ensure even curing and durability.
