Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC RETURNS WITHIN THE USA

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Please submit a return request via your account within this time frame. A return postage fee of $7.50 per package will be applied to and deducted from all returns & exchanges. 

For returns, please visit YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE to submit your request and get a return label along with return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit depending on the situation or your selection. Refunds are issued less the original shipping & return postage fee. Returns are usually processed within 3 business days once they are received back at our facility. All returned items must be received back within 30 days of order for return to be accepted an processed. All returned items must be received back in their original and unaltered condition. All returned items must include all original packaging. Any returns received outside of this window or that do not meet these standards (as well as listed below) will be refused or destroyed without refund. Refunds typically take 10 business days to post on the original form of payment once they are processed by us (depending on the customer's bank).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE USA)

Currently, we only accept returns for store credit on international orders (outside USA). We do not currently offer returns for refunds on any international orders. All return shipping fees are buyer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a fully trackable and insured method when returning any goods to us. Any customs or duties are also buyer's responsibility and any postage due or fees we are charged upon receipt will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Store credit is usually processed within 3 business days after package is delivered back to us. You will be provided a digital gift card number to use on a future purchase.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following criteria must apply for the items to be accepted for return:

Item(s) must be sealed/unopened and in original pristine condition.

Item(s) cannot be used, tested, or altered in any way.

Item(s) that have hygiene seal/shrink-wrap must be unopened and seal cannot be broken, tampered, or removed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. We reserve the right to choose to issue a partial refund, store credit, or no refund at our discretion regarding the condition of an item after it is inspected.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges are handled as returns. Please return the item(s) to us per our return policy and submit a new order for the items you wish to purchase.
